Single is a blended alkaline liquid detergent for all dairy Single stage CIP recovery systems where EDTA is unacceptable. Single is highly effective for Single stage CIP recovery cleaning of non-heat treated surfaces. Single is used for 2-stage cleaning of HTST’s, evaporators and other heat treated surfaces. Single is low foaming, hard water tolerant and is highly effective in the removal of milk soil.

• Single is MGDA based and can be used in all countries where EDTA is an issue. • Single is a blended liquid detergent with excellent detergency on cold surface milk soil during Single stage recovery CIP cleaning. • Single can be used for heat treated milk soil cleaning, e.g. HTST’s & evaporators as part of a 2-stage cleaning CIP when followed by acid. • Single can be used throughout the dairy in all CIP applications. • Single is low foaming and suitable for use in CIP applications under conditions of high pressure and turbulence.

Typical use concentrations for Single are 1-3% w/w (0.8-2.3% v/v) at ambient to 80°C depending on the application, soiling and water hardness. Single containing solutions should be thoroughly rinsed after use to remove them from all food and beverage contact surfaces.
