Divos 95 is a buffered low foaming, alkaline detergent liquid, used for the cleaning of RO-/NF-/UF-/MF-membranes. Divos 95 is a light caustic liquid detergent suitable for all water hardnesses. Divos 95 is mainly used for Dairy applications with enzymes, to improve detergency and pH control on of RO-/NF-/UF-/MF-membranes. Divos 95 can also be used for Beverage & Pharmaceutical applications.

• Divos 95 has been tested and approved for use on all types of RO, NF, UF & MF membranes. • Divos 95 does not contain chlorine. • Divos 95 is used for Dairy RO- NF- & UF- applications alone, or with Divos 80-2 or Divos 80-6 to improve protein removal. • Divos 95 is effective for the removal of organic and inorganic scaling across other RO, NF, UF & MF Beverage & Pharmaceutical applications.

Tested on all relevant high pH/temperature tolerant RO & NF membrane types and approved for use by major OEM’s. Highly effective in the removal protein and prevents scale build up in Dairy applications, increasing cleaning and production efficiency. When used in combination with Divos 80-2 or Divos 80-6 for RO or NF installations processing milk products, it increases cleaning efficiency. Can be used in Beverage & Pharmaceutical applications,with Divos 80-2 or Divos 80-6 where organic soiling is a problem, recovering Water Fluxes and optimising production capacity. Most membrane cleaning applications are single use and dump. Consistent chemical delivery can be ensured by using automatic timed dosing, or by conductivity. Enhances cleaning efficacy, improving productivity and final product quality.

Divos 95 is used at concentrations of 0.5 - 1.0% w/w (0.5 - 0.9% v/v) usely at 50°C for 30-60 minutes to keep pH at 9,0 - 10.0, in combination with Divos 80-2, or with Divos 80-6. The temperature & pH that Divos 95 is used at depends upon the cleaning temperature & pH tolerance of the membrane. Divos 95 containing solutions should be thoroughly rinsed after use to remove them from all food and beverage contact surfaces.
